Location
The building, built in 1911 by Adolf Pěkný, has undergone a costly, overall reconstruction that respects the original broken layout of the house in the spirit of decorative Karlovy Vary spa buildings. The building stands in the immediate vicinity of the protected Nikolajka manor house, which was built on the site of a vineyard at the end of the 17th century by Antonín František Nikolai – deputy financial officer, Liechtenstein, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg Councils, and provincial lawyer.

Transport access is provided by the nearby Anděl metro station B and the Santoška, Václavka and Mrázovka bus stops, or you can board a train at Smíchovské nádraží. There is also a swimming pool and the Nikolajka Ice Rink nearby.
Opposite the villa there is a small park adjacent to the classicist Nikolajka manor house, in whose functionalist complex there is also a nursery.
